Name: Howard. (He doesn't tell anyone his last name since he got stranded off of his world, though, so his de facto middle and last names have become 'The Duck.'
Nickname: 'Howie', not that he'd let anyone but his friends call him that.

Visual Age: ...he's a duck, it's kind of hard to tell, but he sure doesn't look like a kid.

Personality: Cynical, and short-tempered, if anyone has seen it all, it's Howard the Duck. Hailing from a world populated by his kind- anthropomorphic animals- he is quickly annoyed by the typical reaction of humans to the simple fact that he is, indeed, a duck. Howard doesn't want much from life, a peaceful place to park his carcass, blow a stogie, and live peacefully. Howard's life being what it is, though, he seems to attract weirdness to himself, from the villainous Dr. Bong, to KISS. He's a self-made duck and liable from his temper and stubbornness to invest himself in things for his moral convictions, whatever they may be.

Character History

Background: Howard was a rather average working class duck, with a black-belt in Quack-Fu from defense classes. He was brought to Earth from an equivalent earth by a tilt of the cosmic axis from his native world, a world populated by animal denizens not entirely unlike that of Earth cartoons. Since his arrival on Earth, he's been all over the place, from Cleveland to the psych ward, and seems to almost attract weird happenings. He's for the most part resigned to this, taking it in stride.
